Astronomical Society of the Pacific - the largest astropnomical organization in the United States, the Astronomical Society of the Pacific has an excellent full of good information and a very intersting online store.
Astronomy Picture of the Day - One of our favorite sites. They have a new and interesting picture of the universe every morning. It's worth a daily visit not only for the pictures, but for the additional information.
Bad Astronomy - You might be wondering why we would send you to a site called "Bad Astronomy". The site doesn't have bad astronomy, it explains why all the false myths about astronomy are really bad. Just the place to send people who don't believe we actually landed on the Moon.
Earth Observatory - A NASA site featuring some really amazing images of our home planet from outer space. Very intersting site.
Galileo Mission to Jupiter - During its eight-year stay at Jupiter, the Galileo mission greatly expanded our knowledge of the solar system's largest planet.
Hubble Space Telescope - The Hubble Space Telescope has provided us with tremendous images and knowledge about the Universe we live in.
Human Space Flight - A special NASA site dedicated to the manned space flight missions from Mercury through the Internation Space Station.
NASA - No resource list would be complete without a link to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
The Nine Planets - a very excellent site about our solar system. This site has been around for a very long time and has remained a good source for up-to-date information.
The Planetary Society - founed by the late Dr. Carl Sagan, the planetary society is a private organization dedicated to space exploration and education.
Stephen Hawking's Universe - this is a companion site to a special PBS series about the famous physicist. Among other things, they do a great job explaining complicated topics.
Your Sky - This site can provide you with a view of what the sky looks like from your location for any date and time. Very useful!
Voyager Missions - More than any other missions before or since, the Voyager missions opened our eyes to the wonders of the solar system we live in. Scientists are analyzing data from these missions that took place over twenty-five years ago.
